Cavac was founded as a limited liability company in April 2013 as a trading company with a mission to import and introduce creative electronic products to the Iranian domestic market.

In its first year of operation, Cavac introduced the "counter intercom systems" to the Iranian market for first time, a product that later widely used in public places, especially the outbreak of the coronavirus.

In 2022, due the need to increase capital, the was changed from a limited liability company a joint stock company.

Cavac is primarily a provider of creative interactive electronic products across a range of applications. The oldest category of products offered by Cavac is the counter intercom systems. Currently, approximately ten different models of this product are supplied by Cavac for the domestic market in Iran.

Display-based systems including large allin-one wall displays, stands, and touch tables along with signage software (digital signage) form layer of products offered by Cavac. Other Cavac products modern electronic gadgets such as safety- driving products based on image processing and solar car air purifiers

Cavac Company has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mining, and Agriculture of Tehran Province since 2014 Additionally, Cavac joined the Tehran Computer Industry Professional Association in 2014 and has remained a member this day.

One of the most important goals of Cavac over the past decade, since its establishment and activities, has been to create, expand, and maintain a network of partner sales representatives across Iran.
